Ein achtsamer Spaziergang, der Bewegung, Natur und Yoga zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis verbindet.


Romana Schwaiger von Yogaberge lädt zu einem achtsamen Yogaspaziergang durch den Teufelsgraben in Velden am Wörthersee ein.

Schritt für Schritt geht ihr langsam und bewusst durch die Natur, lauscht dem Wasser, spürt den Boden unter euren Füßen und verbindet Atem mit Bewegung. An ausgewählten Kraftplätzen wird innegehalten und in abwechslungsreiche Yogapositionen eingetaucht – kraftvoll, klar und geerdet.

Diese besondere Kombination aus Gehmeditation und Outdoor-Yoga verbindet, wofür Yogaberge steht: Atmen, Bewegen, Erleben. Die Natur wird zum Yogaraum, der Weg zur Praxis und jeder Moment zur Einladung, ganz im Hier und Jetzt anzukommen.

Ein stilles, kraftvolles Erlebnis für alle, die Yoga einmal anders erfahren möchten – draußen, achtsam und in tiefer Verbindung mit sich selbst und der Natur.
