Slow Food Alpine-Adriatic Cruise on the Thalia with Gabriella Devetak, Jon Zupan & Gottfried Bachler

On the first Slow Food Alpine-Adriatic cruise, we will circle around Lake Wörthersee on the historic Thalia – cozy and culinary outstanding: Gabriella Devetak (Michelin Green Star, Locanda Devetak) cooks with Jon Zupan (Michelin Bib Gourmand, Triangel Boutique Hotel) and Gottfried Bachler – a Kärntner culinary legend and a figurehead of Slow Food.
Each of the three is responsible for two dishes: six courses at the buffet of Austria's oldest active steamship.
