For aviation enthusiasts – from aviation fans to professional pilots – the Feldkirchen Ossiachersee Aeroclub (FSV) is one of the hotspots in Carinthia. Starting in Easter week until late autumn, as long as the weather permits, aviation enthusiasts gather here for aerial activities. Equipped with two hangars (separating motor and glider aircraft), a fueling station, a helicopter landing pad, a 700 m grass runway (20/02), a restaurant, a campsite, a large guest parking lot, etc., the airfield offers every comfort one could wish for! Our guest pilots have access to PC terminals in the flight control for free use: checking the weather, filing flight plans, printing departure logs... In addition to many other amenities, we offer visitors free Wi-Fi.

FROM MOUNTAIN TO SEA!
The Carinthian mountain world and the beautiful lakescapes offer a breathtaking, unforgettable panorama. However, just still in the magnificent mountain world of the Nockberge, the Karawanken, or the Carnic Alps, the sea spreads out beneath you after about 45 flight minutes heading south. Therefore, excursions from LOKF to the Upper Adriatic – to Venice, Portorož, or Mali Lošinj – are particularly popular. Enjoy dining comfortably in the fishing ports, go swimming afterward, or stroll through the romantic alleys of the villages, and then fly back in the evening to enjoy the closing drink at the FlyIn.
